Keith was born and raised in Cleburne, Texas. After graduating he attended Hill College and currently resides in Granbury. He is married and has 4 children. His family time is usually centered around baseball as most of his children have played at a competitive level. Most people don't realize he has a silly side, but sometimes he even makes up words to describe something, whether the word exists or not. Even when it's a real word used in the wrong context, it often makes their stories seem ridiculous. Keith has been in the HVAC industry since 1988. He founded his first company in 1998. When asked why he chose Aire Serv, he said, “I really enjoy helping people and customer service is one of my favorite things to do. It pisses me off that the service industry is lacking in service and my goal is to bring service back to the service industry. I decided to partner with Aire Serv in March 2009. As part of a national franchise using proven business principles and practices taught by Neighborly, formerly Dwyer Group, I learned how to successfully own and operate a small business. Emmy grew up in the Austin area and moved to Granbury in 2017 with her mother and sister. She will graduate at the top of her class in May 2021 and begin her journey at Tarleton State University in the fall. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, loving her dog and listening to music. She is a self-proclaimed Catan professional and Grey's Anatomy fan. Emmy is new to the HVAC industry. When asked why he decided to become part of the Aire Serv team, he said: “I decided to work with Aire Serv because the day I looked around everyone gave me open received from the poor. Charles was born in Hobbs, New Mexico. He joined the Navy where he spent two years at sea on a guided missile destroyer. He attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University, where he majored in electrical engineering. He also has an associate degree in computer maintenance technology. He and his wife have 3 children, 1 daughter and 3 grandchildren. When he's not working, he enjoys fishing, hunting, golfing, cowboy shooting and barbecuing with friends. He also loves being "Pops" to his 3 grandchildren. Charles has been in the HVAC industry since 1995. Mandy was born in Arlington but has lived throughout the DFW area. She finished her studies at the top of her class and later switched to property management. Mandy entered the HVAC industry in early 2021. In his free time, he enjoys playing the guitar, singing, riding his motorcycle, attending baseball games and racing events, and watching movies. David has been in the HVAC industry since 2011. Marc was born in San Antonio and moved to Waco when he was six years old. In 2017 he graduated from Midway High School. He and his wife are expecting their first child in spring 2023. I'm a born and raised Texan who was born in Hillsboro. Although I've lived all over Texas, I couldn't be happier with my home, Granbury. I graduated from Granbury High School and attended Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas for two years. My wife and I met in high school. We have been together for almost 5 years and have a gorgeous 1 year old son with another on the way! I also have my great supportive aunt and uncle who also live in Granbury. I value nature and all of God's creation, reading, video games, health and fitness. Every year we go to Port Aransas with my wife's family. I'm new to the HVAC industry but I've been in the service industry my entire professional life. Fun Fact: I am a descendant of William Wallace (Braveheart). I continue to choose to work with Aire Serv because I have finally found a group of people who care deeply about each other. What Aire Serv is going through is what our planet needs most.

When Jared has free time, he enjoys carpentry, playing the guitar or drums, ice hockey, skeet shooting, and baseball. When he was in high school, he competed in trap throwing competitions across Texas. However, his two biggest milestones were achieved on separate occasions at the Waco Gun Club when he hit all targets in a set of 25 and achieved his personal best score of 98 out of 100. Mickey was Executive Pastry Chef at various 4 and 5 star resorts for 16 years. In his free time, Mickey enjoys cooking and gardening. He is also a lover of useless information and stupid jokes. Cathy was born and raised in Michigan. He later moved to California, where he completed high school and college. Her family decided to relocate and make Texas their home in 2019. She and her husband have twin teenage daughters and two yellow labs. Her hobbies include being outside, walking her dogs and playing with her family. Family is the most important thing in his life. Cathy is easy to get along with and has a great sense of humor. The HVAC industry is a new adventure for Cathy despite having worked in customer service for over 20 years.
