Universal Windows DirectUnishield Plus WindowsPreis

Universal Windows Direct sells the Unishield Plus line. This is actually a rebranded Polaris ThermalWeld, the company's dropdown line of its premium UltraWeld line. I'd say Polaris ThermalWeld falls somewhere between mid-range and high-end vinyl windows. Combined with a quality fit, the Unishield Plus range should meet the needs of most consumers well.

Universal quote for Windows

Hi Dane, can you give me a list of companies? Contact information for vinyl replacement windows? I plan to live in the house for 10 years or more and will be replacing 11 aluminum windows that must be at least 25 years old. I live in southern New Jersey.

I currently receive:

Universal Windows: $19,700.00

Thank you so much! !

Windows Universal Direct Offer

Thanks for the info Dana! I have one more question, if so.

We just received a final offer from Universal Windows Direct. In the 7 windows of the UniShield Plus model they offer a double lifetime guarantee on everything including spare parts, parts and materials; the glass system and frame, all locks and hardware, and all installation and labor costs. It ended up selling all in one for $8,265!

Is it a decent offer?

Thank you for all you are doing to help our consumers become more aware and informed about current market changes and the costs involved!

Joe - owner - since 2022

[response from site editor]

Joe, I'd say that's a solid offer. I'd love to see more people compare them, but I'd say you're off to a great start here.

Generic Windows direct cost offer

Hi Dane, we have a Universal Windows Direct offer for 12 windows priced at $13,500. We are on the second floor of an apartment in Chicago, Illinois and the windows are different sizes. I'm not sure if that's enough information to tell me if it's a fair offer.

The seller tried to get us to buy at various discounts from 16,000 to 13,000, leaving us wondering if the price was still too high.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Julie - owner - since 2022

[response from site editor]

Julie, it seems to me that every window over $1,000 requires more bids. That price may be a fair market price, but you won't know it until you collect two or three more to compare.

Tarifa universal de Windows UniShield

Dane, I'm glad I found your review site. I received the following 23 quotes for vinyl window replacements in central New Jersey. Any ideas?

Serie Windows World 4000- 18600 $

Universal Windows – UniShield $17,500

Factory Direct NJ – Vinyl Pro $19,500 (Canada Windows)

Schlossfenster: 28446 $

ideally majestic25.000 $

Danny - owner - since 2022

[response from site editor]

Danny, the deal that really caught my eye was Universal Windows - UniShield for $17,500. I did a quick google search for Universal Windows Central Jersey reviews and they got high ratings/reviews. The Unishield is actually a reworked Polaris Ultraweld and it's a really nice window. Another window I really like is the Ideal Majestic, but the $7,500 upgrades are pointless. UltraWeld is just as good as Majestic and saves a lot of money. I don't think it makes sense!

Average cost of Universal Windows Direct

Hi Dane, I have 2 offers so far. 1 from the common window. 2 Unishield plus windows. 39x59 and 39x39. Priced at $2,800 or $2,380 p.a.

The second quote is from Improveit. 3 windows 39x59, 39x39, 39x51 You are using a window called performax54. The list price for 3 windows is $5575. Although I think they have some margin. Your warranty sounds great. One thing worries me. Your windows look thick. I'm going to add some outdoor lights.

What do you suggest? Opinion? Or even point me in a different direction?

I thought Window Nation and Zen. soft, waterproof skin.

i live in columbus ohio

Gracias.

John - owner - since 2021

[response from site editor]

John, Columbus, Ohio's Universal Windows Direct has about the same ratings as ImproveIt, making it a poor buy. Polaris Unishield is a good window, I've never heard of Performax54, so Unishield wins in my opinion (there aren't many windows I haven't heard of, so they can't be that good...). The price is fine. Big question for me: Universal is the best deal here.

Here's my list for you to check out...

Windows Universal Direct Offer

We are considering replacing 22 windows in our home, some windows, some permanent, in a south-facing atrium ranch home. We got an offer from Universal for around $30,000 that included a sliding glass door. Your windows look interesting but I didn't see them on your list. Any ideas?

We also have quotesexcept mezzo-sopranoAbout $20,000, but after reading your review of the windows, we're not interested.

i read your commentwindows. I'm not sure if it's available in Missouri.

We keep getting more offers.

Eric - owner - as of 2021

[response from site editor]

Eric, as far as I know, Universal Windows Direct sells rebranded ThermalWeld or UltraWeld; I'm still not sure which model. If you are comfortable ask which model (or ask about the air permeability which tells me which series you sell). A really nice window, especially in UltraWeld, but that's a very expensive deal for 22 windows and a sliding glass door.

I'm not exactly sure what Missouri has to offer, but here's a list of brands I like. [Edit List]

Thanks for your reply. I enjoy reading your website and appreciate that it is independent and informative.

We ended up placing an order with Window Nation. deliverVytex Potomacand Zhengjia window. We will buy 17 new windows and 1 sliding door for around $18,000. I'm waiting for the game to start now, on an 11 week install offer.

We have 7 very tall 82" x 30" windows in the back of the house that he doesn't want to name because they are too tall for the Vytex. These, by the way, appear to have been made by Anderson and are not in nearly as bad condition as the architecturally superior windows in the rest of my house.
